Event participation information – Data related to your participation in an event held at PBR – conferences, training courses, seminars, and other events: If you participate in an event held on the premises of PBR, we collect details about the event, the date of the event, the number of guests, details about the guest rooms, and for corporate events – information about your company or organization. We also collect the participants’ data – in these cases, we may share your personal data with the event organizers.

Loyalty Program – Data related to our membership or loyalty program, participation in a contest, lottery, or marketing program, information related to the purchase and receipt of products or services from some of our locations in the hotel building;

Marketing data – Data related to our surveys – we may occasionally ask you to participate in our customer surveys. Participation is always voluntary and optional. Video information For your security, we use a surveillance system consisting of video cameras located at various points in the hotel building. All security cameras are marked with information signs in visible places. The cameras may capture or record images of guests and visitors in public areas, as well as information related to your location during your stay at our facilities. PBR does not use a security system or covert surveillance. We do not conduct covert video recording.

HOW LONG WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA:

Hotel Pette Elementa stores your personal data for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as required by Bulgarian law.

Hotel Pette Elementa stores your personal data recorded on our security cameras for the period permitted by law.

Hotel Pet Elemente retains your personal information collected to fulfill guest reservations for the specified period after the end of your stay.

We will destroy your personal data as soon as possible and in such a way that it cannot be reproduced or restored.

Hotel Pet Elemente guarantees that if your data exists in printed form, it will be destroyed in a secure manner, for example by shredding or burning the paper documents or by other means, and if it is in electronic form, the personal data will be destroyed by technical means so that it cannot be reproduced or restored.

Hotel Pet Elemente guarantees that in the event of personal data being collected for the purposes of specific campaigns, lotteries, and any other promotions, the processing period will be specified in each case and participants will be informed thereof.
