Payment and cancellation terms
- 50% advance payment for each reservation within 3 working days after its official confirmation
- Deadline for full payment of all confirmed reservations – by 05.11.2026.
- Cancellations
- Free cancellation – until 05.11.2026.
- Cancellation in the period 05.11.2026 - 01.12.2026 is subject to a penalty of 50% of the reservation value.
- Cancellation after 01.12.2026 is subject to a penalty of 100% of the reservation value.
